Beef as it was intended.
Our all-natural beef is completely grass fed and finished using rotational grazing across three separate pastures. We do not use artificial coloring, additives or preservatives, and our cattle are never given hormones or fed antibiotics. We’ve worked hard to create beef that’s both healthy and delicious.

It's all in the details.
Size Matters - Our herd size ranges from 120-130 animals depending on the calving season. This herd size allows us to focus on the quality of grass and care the cattle receives.
Age Matters – The age and size of a grass-fed animal are extremely important factors when it comes to the development of the health benefits and taste. We process our cattle around approximately 18 months of age.

Consistent Nutrition – In order to produce a consistent product, we must offer our cattle a consistent diet throughout the year. Our grass-fed cattle spend their entire lives grazing on pasture and forage, their native diet. As a result, the cows grow at a natural pace, are healthy and not stressed.
Consistent Dedication - Through over 20 years of hard work, we have created a system of rotational grazing where our grass-fed cows are exclusively allowed to forage and graze for their own fresh food. They may be given substitutes like alfalfa during harsh summers or winters, but are kept as close as possible to their natural diet. Our cows are able to do this while it is in season, and then we feed them hay from our own grown and harvested hay pasture.
Consistent Dry Aging – The process of aging reduces the water in the meat, which does decrease the overall weight of the animal by as much as 15%. As the moisture is lost, flavor is concentrated and the meat becomes more tender. Fat begins to oxidize, and multiple enzymatic and bacterial actions occur similar to what happens in wine or cheese, increasing the flavor complexity.
