Our Ranch

Our Cattle
The Brangus is an American hybrid breed of beef cattle derived from cross-breeding of American Angus and Brahman stock. Registered animals have 5/8 Angus and 3/8 Brahman parentage. A similar hybrid breed, the Australian Brangus, was separately developed in Australia from about 1950.
Brangus cattle are black or red, polled, with a sleek coat and pigmented skin. Their ears are medium to large, and the skin is loose, with neck folds. The rump is slightly rounded, and the bulls have a moderate hump. The Brangus is a good forager, and the cows make excellent mothers with an ample supply of milk.

Our Fowl
On the farm, we have chickens for eggs, ducks, and we raise heritage turkeys!

Other Critters
All of the critters on the ranch are just as much a part of our lives and family as the cattle.

Our Garden
With 20 raised beds and another in ground plot, we are able to garden year-round to sustain our farm to table philosophy!

Our Hay
We have dedicated 50 acres of land as a hay pasture where round bales are harvested and distributed to cows in off growing season.
